UEFA Special Procedures & Fees
May 29–31, 2026

Due to increased traffic and demand during the UEFA Weekend (May 29–31, 2026), special procedures and fees will be in effect. During this time, no standard PPRs will be accepted, and no traffic outside of the special procedures will be permitted to operate to or from LHKK.
Day VFR Only (Sunrise to Sunset - Local time 5:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. / UTC time 3:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.)
Available landing distance: 1,600 meters (45 meters wide)
(No NVFR, No IFR , No fuel available, Limited GPU – 60 EUR + VAT per 15 minutes, Firefighting available as described in Airport )
Fees:
Mandatory* Landing and parking for up to 24 hours: 2,000 EUR + VAT
Optional for each subsequent 24-hour period: 500 EUR + VAT per day
Mandatory ground handling fee: 150 EUR + VAT
Optional** Non-Schengen border and customs fee (available only with 72 hours' notice)
* An operator may choose to request multiple flights to and from LHKK on the same day using the same aircraft. Each rotation will be charged as a separate instance of usage.
**We are working on a temporary full-weekend non-Schengen customs and border service. This has not yet been confirmed. However, with at least 72 hours' notice, we can arrange on-site customs and border clearance (per aircraft) for an additional fee of 165 EUR + VAT.

Please familiarize yourself with the ground handling conditions and waiver. You will be required to accept and acknowledge these during the application process.

Important: Aircraft must bring their own wheel chocks!
A maximum of 61 aircraft can be parked outdoors at LHKK without tie-downs. Due to space limitations, aircraft will not be permitted to park under their own power; instead, they must be moved by ground handling services (please read and sign the agreement). Aircraft must be moved into and out of their parking spots upon departure to prevent jet blast damage to other parked aircraft.
The cost of ground handling is 150 EUR plus VAT (this includes moving the aircraft to a parking spot and moving it to a safe start-up position).
